OUR MISSION

More than ever, we are at a culminating point in the history of human resources in Quebec. The full employment situation forces companies to rethink their standards in order to attract new candidates and retain their workforce. This said, formerly perceived essentially as an  administrative domain, human resources now plays an increasingly strategic role within all organizations.

To build a succession that will have an impact on tomorrow’s job market, we must foster a world where change is the key to success.

For the 18th edition of the HR Symposium, the Organizing Committee’s mission is to redefine standards.

Our Values

Innovation

To proactively prepare tomorrow's succession, let's redefine standards of traditional cases to bring new challenges to competing participants.

Responsibility

To take on today’s societal problems, let's redefine standards of a traditional inter-university competitions by doing everything we can to promote sustainable and eco-responsible actions in every single sphere of the competition.

Community

To keep the essence of learning and camaraderie that this Symposium should be, let's redefine standards by transforming competition into coopetition.

Authenticity

In order to train human resources professionals who will know how to be transparent and fair, let’s redefine standards to ensure that we present them with an ethical competition where everyone is candid in their actions.
